How does your service work?Items that are listed in stock work the same as any other retailer, it's just that the products are cooler. For pre-order items, those items are your chance to secure something that isn't yet in stock. This means I do the leg work, scour the internet and find the item for you for an agreed price. As such, there is a lead time on pre-order items of around 8 - 10 weeks, subject to the mercy of shipping companies, customs etc.

Do you sell new items? We sell a small selection of new items, with several items of stock being used, as that's just the nature of the game (although with many items, it's hard to even tell). Ultimately, this stuff has been discontinued for a long time, and so new products simply aren't available. That's not to say new products can't be sourced, but a few marks and scratches here and there are to be expected.

What guarantee do I have?Trying to bridge the gap between a retailer and a seller of second-hand equipment can be challenging. Your products will always be sold to you in the condition as described when you purchased them. Any discrepancies are usually picked up before the point of sale and communicated, although this is an extreme rarity. In either case, you're covered if your item doesn't reach you (or me, in the case of pre-orders) if it's not as described. However, at the end of the day these are used items, and beyond receiving the product, there's no guarantee for any length of operation, repair or of course spare parts availability. It's advisable to be tech-savvy when dealing with these products as they are essentially the equivalent of "grey imports".
